A jack of many trades, Dean Rose keeps himself busy with his many interests and projects. Whether it’s competing in half-marathons, remodeling his house, or pushing the boundaries with new and innovative ironwork, he dedicates his time and energy to excelling in the fields he loves.
Married 23 years to his indispensable partner and wife, Winifred, together they are the heart and soul of Blacksmith Foundry.

It all started with a hammer — not just any hammer, mind you —Thor’s hammer. Winifred had a vision for a project, a iron crafting of Thor’s hammer; and after following up on a recommendation for a local blacksmith, she met Dean Rose. Three years and many collaborations later, they made it official and tied the knot in 1999.
When Winifred is not busy working on one of her books, she can be found in the workshop with Dean adding her artistic skills and creativity to each project.
